Catering Options & Pricing Details
To lock in your date, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required upon booking.
To ensure everything is running perfectly and chilled to the ideal temperature for your guests, we require a 2-hour setup window prior to your event start time.
Please ensure your venue provides clear, open access for our truck and trailer setup.
(minimum clearance: 15 feet wide by 60 feet long)
Hosted options start at a 30-guest minimum with pricing starting at $10 per person or ticket. We offer three flexible catering options to fit your event's needs and budget:
Option 1: Fully Hosted (Pre-Paid Tickets) ~ Provide your guests with pre-allocated dessert tickets valued at $10 each (covers any menu item, as everything is $10 or less). Half of the estimated total is due upon booking with your deposit, and the remaining balance is due upon our arrival. (30 guest / $300 minimum)
Option 2: Hybrid (Host + Guest Pay) ~ Purchase a set number of tickets for your guests (minimum 30 tickets at $10 each). Once those pre-paid tickets run out, guests have the option to purchase additional treats on their own tab.
Option 3: Pay-As-You-Go ~ Guests purchase their own desserts directly from the trailer window - no host package minimum required. Guest minimum 45
